Welcome to DBOIS Barbershop! By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be completed.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 2 hours notice) may be subject to a fee.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours in advance with no penalty.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a booking restriction.
If we need to reschedule due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.
3. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept: cash, and [any other payment methods, e.g., Zelle, CashApp, etc.].
Tips are appreciated but not required.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services.
If youβre not satisfied with your haircut or service, please let us know before you leave the shop so we can make it right.
5. Behavior & Conduct
We maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff.
Any aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal or permanent ban.
6. Health & Safety
Please do not book or attend appointments if you are sick or have been exposed to contagious illnesses.
We sanitize our tools, chairs, and stations after every client.
DBoi's Barbershop follows all local health and sanitation regulations.
7. Children & Guests
Children are welcome if they are receiving a service or are supervised.
Space is limited. Please avoid bringing extra guests unless necessary.
8. Privacy
We value your privacy. Personal information you provide (e.g., name, phone number) is only used for appointment communication and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Photos & Social Media
We may occasionally take photos or videos of haircuts for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.).
If you do not wish to appear in any photos, please let your barber or staff know before or during your service.
